Jennifer Aniston Salad

Thanks, @Jamie L. Made this and it was delicious. As delicious as the name is embarrassing, which is to say, very. *I’ve now made this twice and wanna tell you I prefer toasted pinenuts to pistachio in this, though both are delicious.

Actively obsessed with this salad. I don’t add cucumbers and use vegan feta but other than that make it as is. Also I love how stupid and embarrassing the name is.
